The genocide committed by Israel against Palestine has its roots in 20th-century history. Since its arrival in the region, Israel has gradually occupied Palestinian land, leading to the increasing control of areas such as the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and Gaza today. Territorial and religious disputes, along with the region\u2019s geopolitical dynamics, have entrenched the conflict to this day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Israeli settlements, outbreaks of violence, and political instability have led to a severe deterioration in living conditions in Gaza and the West Bank. Israel\u2019s overwhelming military power, supported by the United States, and Palestine\u2019s inability to engage in open warfare, have contributed to the rise of terrorist groups such as Hamas, which carry out attacks against Israel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this context, in October 2023 the conflict saw a dramatic escalation, particularly in the Gaza Strip. Hamas launched a surprise offensive against Israel, killing and kidnapping civilians. This triggered a military response from Israel that sparked a war in the region.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
