Syria and Turkey earthquake

A team of specialists

We join forces with specialists in international disasters and emergencies

From SAR – SAR NAVARRA to create a disaster assessment team and to be able to carry out a mission on the ground.

Thanks to an active fundraising campaign and partnerships with hospital networks nationwide, we raised funds, medical equipment, consumables, and orthopedic supplies.

We partnered with Solidaire, in collaboration with the Syrian People’s Support Association, to deliver all this humanitarian aid and supply three hospitals in western Syria (Aqrabat Hospital, Atmeh Charity Hospital, and Al Shifaa Hospital), which had to operate in very difficult conditions during the emergency, even more so with their capacities diminished after 12 years of conflict in the area.

These actions were directed at the second phase of the emergency, focusing on medical and healthcare for the injured and vulnerable, with freezing temperatures and insufficient humanitarian aid in some areas affected by the earthquake and difficult to access due to the ongoing conflict.
