On February 5, 2026, the exhibition Open Arms. A Mission Against the Current opens to the public.
The exhibition can be visited at the Palau Robert in Barcelona (Passeig de Gràcia, 107).
Free entrance, until May 3, 2026.
Through images, testimonies, and context, the exhibition gives a human face to a reality that is often reduced to headlines or statistics.
Because behind every shipwreck there are real stories, faces, and lives.
This space does not seek to offer simple answers.
It aims to raise uncomfortable questions: what we are accepting as normal, what we are willing to justify,
and what human price we are willing to pay.
Open Arms. A Mission Against the Current is an exhibition about the Mediterranean, but also about us.
About how we educate, what we remember, and how far our collective responsibility extends.
We look forward to seeing you.
